Mimosas Three Ways

1. Strawberry Grapefruit Mimosa

Ingredients
 Mas Fi Brut Cava
grapefruit juice
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Thyme, for garnish

How to Make It
Combine grapefruit juice and several sliced strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Shake until the juice is a true pink color. If time allows, let the strawberries infuse in the juice for a few hours. Add the grapefruit-strawberry juice to a champagne flute. Top with Mas Fi Brut Cava. Use fresh thyme and strawberries as garnish.


2. Pear Mimosa

Ingredients
Mas Fi Brut Cava
pear nectar
Pear slices, for garnish

How to Make It
This is a pretty simple variation to make. In a champagne flute, add pear nectar. Then top off with Mas Fi Brut Cava. Garnish with pear slices. Note: Since pear nectar is thick, be sure to keep the proportion of the ingredients one part pear nectar to two parts Mas Fi Brut Cava.


3. Orange Cranberry Mimosa

Ingredients
Mas Fi Brut Cava
orange juice
cranberry juice
fresh cranberries

How to Make It
Place some fresh cranberries in the bottom of the champagne flute. Add orange juice, followed by cranberry juice. Top with Mas Fi Brut Cava. Enjoy!
