1. Segura Viudas Heredad $19.99 Sale, Regular $21.99

Winemaker Notes. Straw yellow in color, with a small, fine, plentiful mousse. The opening aromas are of the ageing on lees, slightly smoky, with touches of biscuit or bread, which are followed by hints of honey, fruit and flower petals. The palate is excellent, fruity, full of flavor and elegant, giving the drinker a delightful sense of abundance.

Food Pairings. Reserva Heredad defines elegance with its beautiful bottle. It is a perfect companion to truffle oil drizzled pastas, white fish, sole or monkfish à la meunière, traditional Mediterranean casseroles, cooked or cured hams and soft white cheeses such as brie or camembert. 4. Roederer Estate Brut $21.99

Winemaker Notes. Roederer Estate Brut is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors. It is fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth of flavor. Among the very few California sparkling wine houses that only sources estate-grown fruit, Roederer Estate is also meticulous about all its farming decisions. The winemaking process begins with in-depth knowledge of the Estate soils to introduce open lyre trellis system or high density plantation, extends to the decision to farm vineyards organically and biodynamically, and finishes by painstakingly tracking grape maturity to achieve perfect balance at harvest.

5. Louis Roederer Premier Brut NV $39.99 Sale, Regular $42.99

Winemaker Notes. A blend of around 40% Pinot noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, Brut Premier comprises wine matured in oak tuns produced from three Champagne grape varieties that originate from various crus selected by Louis Roederer. It is aged for 3 years in Louis Roederer’s cellars and left for a minimum of 6 months after dégorgement (disgorging).

Striking a perfect balance between youthfulness and maturity, seduction and character, freshness and vinosity, Brut Premier is a champagne that is harmonious and structured, elegant and lively, with a unique exuberancy. Its structured texture, richness, and length are distinctly winey. It is a full, complex wine that is both rich and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic.


6. Laurent Perrier Brut Rosé NV $75.99

Winemaker Notes. Cuvée Rosé was created in 1968 from the boldness and unique savoir‑faire of Laurent‑Perrier. Perfected at each stage of its making, Cuvée Rosé is acknowledged for its consistency and its high quality. It is characterized by its ripe red fruit aromas, a high intensity and great freshness.

Sensory Characteristics. Elegant, with colour changing naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon pink. A precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry. A fresh and sharp attack for this supple and rounded wine. On the palate, it offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries. Best served between 8°C and 10°C.

Food Pairings. Its aromatic depth makes it ideal for pairing with marinated raw fish, grilled prawns, exotic dishes, Parma ham and red fruit desserts. Those who are more daring will try it with Asian or Indian cuisine.
