With so many options out there,  we know it can be a difficult picking a great option – so we’re here to help! Below, you’ll see WC’s top three toast-worthy picks for bubbles this New Year’s Eve (in no particular order!).

Laurent Perrier Brut Rosé NV $75.99

Winemaker Notes. Cuvée Rosé was created in 1968 from the boldness and unique savoir‑faire of Laurent‑Perrier. Perfected at each stage of its making, Cuvée Rosé is acknowledged for its consistency and its high quality. It is characterized by its ripe red fruit aromas, a high intensity and great freshness.

Sensory Characteristics. Elegant, with color changing naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon pink. A precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry. A fresh and sharp attack for this supple and rounded wine. On the palate, it offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries. Best served between 8°C and 10°C.

Louis Roederer Brut, NV  $39.99/750ml Holiday Special

Winemaker Notes. A blend of around 40% Pinot noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, Brut Premier comprises wine matured in oak tuns produced from three Champagne grape varieties that originate from various crus selected by Louis Roederer. It is aged for 3 years in Louis Roederer’s cellars and left for a minimum of 6 months after dégorgement (disgorging).

Striking a perfect balance between youthfulness and maturity, seduction and character, freshness and vinosity, Brut Premier is a champagne that is harmonious and structured, elegant and lively, with a unique exuberancy. Its structured texture, richness, and length are distinctly winey. It is a full, complex wine that is both rich and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic.

Aubert et Fils Brut NV $24.99

Winemaker Notes: Aubert Et Fils Brut is a beautiful crisp blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which stands toe-to-toe with some of Champagne’s heavy hitters. Full of elegant savory aromas with hints of toast and truffles followed by a crisp palate full of orchard fruits and subtle brioche notes.
